BBQ Méchoui Package - A Gourmet and Authentic Experience

We bring the méchoui directly to your location and carry out an artisanal cooking process on-site throughout the day. For a smooth and professional setup, we include a 10 x 20 feet shelter exclusively for the service area.

This package includes:

• On-site cooking: Whole pig méchoui and chicken prepared in front of your guests for an authentic culinary experience.

• Gourmet buffet served by our caterer:

  • Market green salad with homemade vinaigrette
  • Penne salad with fresh basil vegetables
  • Cabbage salad with fresh parsley
  • Baby potatoes with butter
  • Brioche bread with butter
  • Homemade BBQ sauce
  • Assorted desserts
